Practical guidance
Sit in Dandasana, or on a chair. Lift one foot a little, or rest the heel on the floor, and slowly circle the foot from the ankle, keeping the leg still. Make the circle as wide as is comfortable. Circle several times in one direction and then the other, then change feet.
This is a mobility exercise, not a treatment. If a foot or ankle is painful or injured, ask a teacher or a doctor before working on it.
