Bring Yoga, mindful living and conscious nourishment into the rhythm of an ordinary day. Not a course and not a feed: a day, shaped around practice, that YOG Union keeps alongside you.
You will be asked to sign in first. It takes a minute.
Rise, warm water, a moment before the day.
The morning practice, at the hour you keep.
The main meal at midday, eaten with attention.
Work carried steadily. Breath noticed.
A lighter meal, lower lights, the day put down.
Sleep at your hour, so the morning is already in rhythm.
When you rise, practise, eat and stop is yours to set. Each reminder can be moved or switched off on its own.
A morning practice sized to the day, with a word about food and about rest. Enough to keep, not so much that it cannot be.
No streaks, no badges, no red dots. If you are away for a while, nothing here will have noticed, and nothing will say so.
A longer morning
40 min · Intermediate
Sun Salutations, standing postures, a backbend, a twist, a forward fold and a long rest. The whole shape of a practice, at your own pace.
Cook something. A meal made slowly and eaten slowly is part of the day's practice, not separate from it.
An early night to keep tomorrow's morning. Sleep is a practice too.
