How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your YOG Union account and all associated personal data at any time. We provide two convenient methods:
Method 1 · In-App (Instant)
Mobile App Settings
- Open the YOG Union mobile app.
- Go to Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your request.
Method 2 · Web & Email
Direct Support Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, send an email from your registered email address to:

What Data is Deleted
Upon initiating an account deletion request, the following records are permanently erased:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, mobile number, and profile picture.
- Wellness & Lifestyle Records: Dinacharya habit check-ins, sleep/wake preferences, and personal health inquiry notes.
- Bookings & Messages: Active booking reservations, past attendance records, and direct messaging history.
- Teacher Profiles & Certifications: For instructors, all published course materials, uploaded certificates, and studio listings are permanently taken down.
Data Retention & Statutory Exceptions
Personal data is deleted from active operational databases within 30 days. Where statutory financial and taxation laws require retention of financial transactions (such as UPI reference numbers and billing records), those specific transaction entries are anonymized and retained solely for the legally mandated period.
